We started to use flexo print for our plastic cosmetic tubes in 2013. The advantages

of flexo print are:

1.The equiment is simple, easy to form production lines. Also, it is easy to operate. 

So flexo equiment can greatly enhance production effeciency.

2.Wide range of applications and substrates. Flexo can print almost all of the print 

and use all the substrates. Especially in the packaging printing, corrugated printing 

is unique.

3.Widely used water ink. Among three printing methods (Offset, gravure, flexo), only 

flexo is currently widely used water ink. Non-toxic and non-polluting, it is good for

the protection of the environment, which is suitable to use for packaging printing.

4.The cost is low, which is widely known abroad.
